Best Plumbing Services in San Diego, CA
Kids (me) dropped something in the toilet and clogged the plumbing. Luckily CSR came out within an hour and troubleshot the issue. Checked the manhole - nothing our technician got on the hot ass roof and used the snake camera down to see what was the issue. Alan I believe his name was, identified and handled the issue and we were back up again in no time. I'd highly recommend CSR to anyone and all my friends and family. Great professional friendly service!

I would like to commend the professionalism and craftsmanship of this plumbing company. I was in need of some work and choose All American based on other reviews. Byron responded promptly to my request for quote/service. He and his technician arrived as communicated and were thorough with explaining the work to be done in addition to addressing all my questions. Once I agreed to the work, they were ready to complete the repairs and did so efficiently. They were extremely courteous of my home and wore shoe protectors inside. After work was done, they cleaned up and replaced everything as it was before. Byron and the technician also gave me a general inspection of my property along with a guarantee for the work done. Again the work of what was completed was shown and explained to me with my questions being answered thoroughly. My brother is a plumber and I asked him how much this work would cost and take. All American was well within reasonable costs and time frame that he estimated. They are honest, hard working and take pride in their craft. I would highly recommend their services.

With a new baby at home I am a big fan of companies that respond to quote requests with actual numbers and information rather than asking me to call them. In addition to the ease of scheduling, and quick communication Collins Pacific arrived on time, was super nice, and did a great job. He also wore a mask and kept his distance from the baby and I, I felt very safe during the entire service.

A very knowledgeable, honest and very friendly company. I knew right away after talking with Tim over the phone this was the company I was willing to have in my home to replace the dreaded hot water heater. Joe and Mark arrived the very next day, well equipped and with a brand new hot water heater and all the fancy tools to take care of the install, which by the way only took a few short hours. I am one who can appreciate clean silver solder job on all the copper and attention to every detail. A Big Thanks to the team that did the install job & A Big Thank You to Core Plumbing!

After talking to Donna I knew this was the place to use. I called this place again because this place had lots of experience and perfect yelps. This is a family business I knew I could trust. Justin her son was no disappointment. Just the facts. He crawled into this narrow crawlspace without disregard for staying clean. He told us the pros and cons of using the other guy as this was a bigger job than he wanted. Honest opinion as this is an honest guy. Even though I will be going a different direction, I know what Justin thinks. Sure would have liked to hire this guy instead of another.

They were able to replace my leaking water heater the same day (Saturday) at a fair price. There were two people and the lead person was clearly a well experienced and highly competent professional with a competent and careful assistant. They improved the installation and left things neat and clean. They wore masks and communicated well so the whole experience was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation.

We have used TL Premier Plumbing many times and will for sure use them again in the future. The employees are very professional , friendly and do great work. Donald came out to replace our water pressure regulator. Donald did a great job and finished quickly. The last few times we needed TL Premier Plumbing was to replace 60 year old cast iron pipes. The work was done extremely well , with great care and very clean. They are very helpful , answer all questions you have and keep you updated on the progress throughout the entire job. Thank you very much to Manny , Donald , Nathan and everyone else at TL Premier Plumbing.

Had a bad drain clog which another plumber was unable to unclog. I called and they came out within the hour. The technician Joseph came out and was very professional. He unclogged the drain verified all was good.

It's a zero star if I could give. They don't honor their work and require extra trip fee to fix what they did not do properly in the first place. It's terrible.

Yes, the repair call was to replace the shower cartridge to stop the leak. However, it's common expectation that everything has to work the way it was after the shower cartridge is replaced. The fact that the maximum water temperature is much lower than before the repair means that the job is incomplete. I only discovered that in the evening when I tried to take the shower. Your plumber did ask me if the water is hot enough but he asked without context. I was working while he was doing the repair. He asked me to come over to feel the water to see if it's hot enough. I went and felt thinking he's doing some routine check..the water felt hot so I answered Yes. I had no idea what he was trying to do and he did not tell me either. If he asked me This is the hottest temperature setting. Is the water hot enough?. I would have said No, it's not hot enough because the hottest temperature setting originally is much higher. He simply asked me without any context. Sure, maybe I should've asked him what the context of his question is looking back. But I didn't know better as I was busy working and I simply responded to his question without knowing the context. Also, he was throwing out F WORDS while working and ignored some questions I asked him, it made me feel quite uncomfortable to even stay nearby to watch him work and I tried to leave him alone. So you simply took my answer as a reason not to stand behind and warranty your work and completely ignore what your plumber did. I don't think that's fair and professional.
I also did not even mention your plumber's work let air into my pre-circulation pump and now it's not working. I did not even ask you to repair that. ALL I am asking is to restore back the original maximum water temperature as it's supposed to be. Now you want to charge me $125 to come back to fix something that was altered by your plumber in the first place. That does not make sense to me as the job is incomplete in the first place. It should have been done under your labor warranty.
Sure you fixed the drip, but you also messed up my maximum water temperature and you're asking me to pay a trip fee to fix what you messed up. It's insane and unreasonable. Think about that from my point of view and not just from your own point of view when you were also not there with your plumber.

I'm a little late with this review since I have been busy moving back into my home but I have not forgotten the outstanding work that Plumbing Tree did for us. My first contact was with Miguel. He helped to set up our appointments and was very knowledgeable and always followed through. He kept me up to date and made me feel like we were already in good hands from the start. Since we had a complicated shower and tub installation, we had a couple of different visits to get the work done. Gilbert was the first to come in. I had confidence in what he was doing by the way he explained everything. It was a tricky installation due to my dryer exhaust pipe being in the way. But he set up a plan and got the work started. For our second appointment, Jared came in and did a wonderful job installing our tub and shower surround and relocated our exhaust pipe. I was so happy with their work that I called them back to install two new toilets in our house. I have nothing but positive comments for Plumbing Tree. I am so happy that I now know who to call if I ever have any further plumbing issues. I highly recommend them and have already told my friends and family that they can be trusted. I say this with confidence. I am so grateful to them. Thank you!

I found True Plumbing (Michael) through a friend who had recently used Michael to re-pipe his house.
There was a leak in my property. I hear water running in the wall but don't know where. I called Michael. He said I need to hire a leak detection company to find the leak first. He gave me a name / number. That guy was a nightmare. After 6 hours and about 8 drywall holes later, he couldn't find the leak. The fact that drywall guys want to charge about $50 per drywall patch my drywall repair cost is going up fast. I paid him and sent him away.
I called Michael and got a quote (using PEX) to re-pipe the house. I then called for 2 more quotes (people say always get 3 quotes on a major project). The most expensive quote was twice as much (although they only use copper) (they emphasize it's a woman owned plumbing company). While Michael was there I asked him what he would charge to change an anode rod and a shower valve. He said he won't charge me as long as I provide the parts.
I went with Michael partly because he had the best price, but also because my friend had used him recently and was happy.
When they were doing the re-pipe, I asked Michael if I can re-pipe the downstairs first only and see if that solves the problem. Michael had no problem doing that, and gave me a new quote.
The re-pipe took from a projected 1.5 days to a little over 2 days. Since I don't live there I had to go there 3 days to open the door. They didn't do a very good clean up job. But considering I saved thousands, I was totally ok doing a 10-minute clean up job at the end of the day.
We discovered a secondary leak while they were re-piping (not related to the new install). The workers (sorry I forgot your names) said the leak is coming from the P-trap, and they will change it for me for free. That was very nice of them. But that didn't fix the problem. Then they tried something else and something else. It was still leaking. Finally they have determined that it was the overflow connected to the bathtub upstairs, and would have to come back on another day, put some more holes in the walls, and charge me hundreds. Later I found a second opinion. It was a pin-hole leak on the copper pipe, and not from the drain. I am not taking any stars off for this issue because the guys were not there to troubleshoot that problem.
The workers would not install the anode rod for me because I bought a straight piece instead of the sectional type. They said they'll have to drain and disconnect the water heater because there's not enough clearance (I know about all those issues because I had the same problem at all my properties, but Michael didn't specify and the sectional one would not get there in time). So anode rod wasn't changed.
About a month later I notice there was no water at the hose bib outside. I called Michael and told him about it. Immediately he scheduled an appointment with me. Did not give me the why didn't I notify him sooner BS. Over the phone I mentioned about the anode rod not installed. He said he will bring a sectional one when he comes out and trade for my straight one.
While he was there I brought up another couple of small plumbing projects and he changed them all for me without charging me, even for the parts.
In conclusion, there were a few issues during / after the re-pipe, but True Plumbing made it right every time.
